Dr Zoog is great but hus staff does not return phone calls. I have been trying for a week and a half to get a refill on my script. Was trying to be proactive by leaving a message on the 14th to request the refill that would run out on the 20th. It takes about 2 minutes and 15 seconds to get through the phone prompts which is why all the phone calls are the same length. The doctor was ok, but when I needed to reschedule an appointment you can never get anyone to answer the phone. They want you to leave a message and they will call you back. The last time I called I was #1 in line and was on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up and left a message to cancel my appointment. I don't have time for this nonsense. I'll be looking for a new office.
