Dr. Zoog is friendly and personable. I did not have to wait long to be seen, and he was efficient and did good work. I will definitely return!
Dr Zoog is great but hus staff does not return phone calls. I have been trying for a week and a half to get a refill on my script. Was trying to be proactive by leaving a message on the 14th to request the refill that would run out on the 20th. It takes about 2 minutes and 15 seconds to get through the phone prompts which is why all the phone calls are the same length. I figured it was sent in until I called kroger and they hadn't got the refill so they requested it. I called on the 20th and they still hasn't received it so ... read more
