Courtney Vista is one of the nicest places i have lived in since i moved to Arizona. The staff was amazing and very helpful to any and all needs. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a place to live.

Lazy manager. Comunity has lots of problems with units and gate problems. Management will blame you for stuff you didn't do. But not take actions against people who are actually violating lease.

Courtney Vista is awesome! Coming from the East coast I was blown away by what you get for your money and how friendly and helpful the staff are. The facility is resort-like (the pictures don't exaggerate - it really looks that nice!). The staff is friendly and willing to help with anything at any time. They really make an effort to get to know you and make sure you're comfortable here. poorly managed, very noisy, not safe lots of drug activity and gang involvement on the down low, lazy office staff! and they make fake accounts on facebook ant rating websites to make their crappy "luxury apartments" look better! maybe you should stop falsely advertising this place!
I have been living at Courtney Vista apartments for over a year now. I can not even begin to express the how wonderful it has been. From day one, I have always gotten a smile when greeted in the office. There has been MULTIPLE community events that have required lots of extra hours from the office staff. After a long day at work I will come home and even get a wave from the maintenance employees on their golf carts. It is a PERFECT location for work and entertainment.
