Just moved in and Bianca and Dominique were excellent!! They made the process super simple for me
I am a new resident and Dominique and Bianca made to experience of finding the right apartment and onboarding very pleasant and easy. They both were delightful 😀
The experience was way beyond expectation. Bianca was so helpful and showed us around the building and toured us around the apartment highly recommend very knowledgeable. Thank you.
In my time living here, I have had probably 4-5 inspections during the work week (waiting for news of the next ones), where I am told to be home and present. A little bit annoying!
Zona Village does a great job of looking after its residents. Maintenance request are always completed very promptly (within an hour or so of submission). The leasing office is always willing to help with a minor concerns. A very peaceful and calm community of people.
