I had such a wonderful experience with Bianca from the moment I moved in. She has been incredibly welcoming, patient, and helpful. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions when I go to her office, even when she has her hands full. I see her working hard all the time and yet she still always manages to greet me and make me feel welcomed whenever I see her. Lee was easily the best part of the management team—always attentive, prompt, and reliable with communication. Since she left, reaching anyone in the leasing office has become a frustrating experience of playing phone tag with voicemail. I’ve been trying to get the same ongoing issue resolved for months, even after speaking directly to Bianca. The current lack of response and delay in resolving repeat issues is disappointing. The only time I ever hear from the leasing office seems to be when something is constantly broken.

Bianca, the Assistant Business Manager, is incredibly helpful and is always willing to assist residents with a smile. She is warm and welcoming. I could not be more thankful to have staff who support their residents and provide such quality assistance when needed within the community.
