I have lived in a Zolper owned property for over 13 years. The management has always been willing to listen to my concerns and Daryl and Mike (maintenance) have promptly addressed any issues that have occurred. I am grateful for attentive and responsible owners.
Not sure what these negative reviews are about, but let me share my positive experience with Zolper Property Management here- loud and clear! This landlord operates poorly managed buildings on the East side of Milwaukee. They don't properly screen their tenants which become a social disturbance. Also their buildings are not code compliant with safety hazards.... They have a reputation of slumlord of Milwaukee's East Side. The company needs to close its doors!
