Dr. Z has been my kids Dr.for years. Lately I have no idea what’s happening. The office has been closed for weeks now.. anybody knows what happened to him
Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Front office staff is unprofessional. Walked in and the front office staff was on a FT call while checking me in for my son's appointment. The assistant also made my son's next appointment wrong. They do not return calls in a timely manner. I had to leave several messages before getting a call back. When I asked Dr Zollicoffer about the phone calls and messages protocol, he was very rude. He went back and forth with me instead of wanting to fix the issues or being empathetic. There's a few reasons why i wont be bringing my 1 yo back to Dr Zollicoffer, we waited an hour to be seen (maybe more) and this isnt conducive for an active baby who is also stripped down to a onesie. I dont understand why the wait is forever. Our apt went from 12 to a little over 2pm. To make matters worse, each time i visit this pediatrician, he is never helpful and doesnt give good advice. Dr. Michael Zollicoffer that name stuck with me when I was 18 and had to choose a primary care doctor before giving birth to my first born I had no clue who he was until I met him for my first visit and he asked why did I choose him as a doctor, and I replied I'm not sure but your named sounded like you were a caring doctor and besides my ob/gyn doctors name was the same and he was caring but unfortunately he had passed he too was a nurturing caring doctor. very disappointed takes forever to get an appointment, for anyone to answer the phones or call back after you leave a message. long wait for A 10min doctors appointment and you have to pay to park you sit in the waiting room for at least 30 mins. Will be changing doctors do to horrible staff.
My experience was excellent. Dr Zollicoffer was patient and listened to my concerns.
