I bought a house that had a sprinkler system installed by them years ago. Today, I am still using them because they do a wonderful job. Be patient and make sure to get them early (or send them a check at the start of the season so they can get you on their schedule). They are busy, but I promise you they will definitely get back to you! I have a super long email thread with them and it has worked out great! Thanks again Zoller Brothers, you guys are AWESOME!
I have called and texted and left several messages to the the company that installed my irrigation system and have done annual service for the last 10 years. I have requested an appointment to look at installing an additional zone with 5 heads and repairing or replacing 4 or 5 heads. After 3 weeks I have not succeeded in a reply from them. Sad!
20 year customers, they are busy, but they have always been good to us.
Horrible service. He installed my system. Down the road a zone failed due to a tree growth. He promised to fix in spring but refused to call back. I call him a 100x and finally got him and he refused the job and best yet won’t state why. I felt so bad that he couldn’t be upfront with me. I would been happy to paid a fair price but he totally refused.
