Poor Execution/Outcome Casual, cozy atmosphere. Be prepared to hear a few f-bombs, and you'll have to watch whatever DVD they're playing. Spence (owner) seems competent and capable. Partner Joe is ham-handed, hurried and lacks artistry. Really bad execution of a precise, furnished piece of art. He deviated from the art work without permission. Bad end result. Have been hiding the tattoo with clothing all summer. It's awful.
The Best Tattoo Shop!!! I meet Spencer in West Bend when my sister was getting a tat from Amanda. All I did was tell him an idea and said "run with it". The tat he created was AMAZING!!!!!! I really don't know what this other person's problem is that gave ZOE'S a bad rewiew. Spencer runs a great shop. Everyone there makes you feel at home. We have since moved to Texas but we recently came back to Zoe's for my son and his GF to get their tats. My search for a permanent go to for future ink stopped today. I have 14 tattoos done be various people at different locations but never have I been so thoroughly impressed as I am with the work done today by Spence....He is not only a very talented artist but he is personable and funny as hell !! If you are looking for beautifully detailed work at a surprisingly reasonable price then I wholeheartedly recommend Zoes Vicious Circle in Hales Corners. ....Ask for Spence.
Best Shop Around – Great tattoo shop with great professional artists working there. I've gotten one piece of work done and I've referred a few people, who have also gone and everyone I know is highly satisfied. Will return- Soon!
They are great! The shop is clean, the people are friendly, the artwork is fantastic! The new shop is huge!!! I'm so excited (for them!) for the grandopening!! I can't wait for my next piece!

Zoe's - a real tattoo parlor. – So I've been to a few different tattoo shops in Wisconsin and out of state and I must say I have not experienced one as welcoming, light hearted and professional as Zoe's Vicious Circle. These guys keep the shop extremely clean, have updated artwork, and are always doing their best to entertain and make you feel comfortable while you're visiting their shop. Best tattoo shop/artists in town!! – I walked into Zoe's a couple of years ago, looking for a shop I was comfortable in. I had been in a couple places but just didn't get the vibe. Here at Spencer's place I was comfortable immedeately. Spencer is an increible artist, and has a great vision for what is trying to be accomplished.
