Stopped in for a quick morning bite. Unfortunately there was nothing quick about it. Took over 30 mins for us to get a pretty simple breakfast that was ok, not amazing. Service wasn’t great but I think they were just slammed. I hear their lattes are great but we did not get coffee. I’m rating this 3 stars because I love supporting local places but if this was a chain it would be a 1-2 star rating. Last time I was here the temperature was comfortable but this time it was so warm in there I had to leave but the food was great. I think they’re still figuring out the best temperature to have in there so I’m guessing most of the time it is just fine but today it was just too warm. Edit: Also went there again to give it another shot and was essentially turned away 4 hours before closing because the owner “forgot what day it was” and wanted to close. Really strange. Love this place! It is "The Hang Spot" for great connections. Judy and the staff are friendly & quick.
Stopped in randomly on my way somewhere else and this was one of the best oat milk lattes I've ever had! Cozy little coffee shop that's well-run. Thanks especially to my barista today who made this for me so quickly! Would definitely come in again.
Unfortunately, Zoes doesn't offer any plant-based milks that are unsweetened. Most coffee shops only offer naturally sweet milks or ones with added sugar. So, customers only get to choose between sweet or extra sweet beverages. This is why I always go to Starbucks- they offer unsweetened almond milk. It's such a simple thing to have on hand.
