The management is disorganized. They promised to get back to me every time we tried to work out what days they would come to my home but never called me back. When I contacted them about issues that came up, no one ever answered the phone. I had to leave a voice message and several times, after 3 days, I had to call back again. It looks like there is one person who is answering the phone calls, making the schedules, and recruiting new clients.
