I am a 23 year old man…I don’t leave google reviews. But, the staff here were truly such a pleasure. I arrived to my appointment 15 mins late because I was having a hard time finding the store, and to be totally honest I showed up steaming I was so annoyed I was late. They helped me find the store and honored my appointment. That’s all great, but once I started interacting with their staff is when I was really impressed. Very friendly and asked questions and gave thoughtful answers. Seem to care about their customers.
Itwas great, but the room was to do the eye exam are not handicapped accessible. She’ll bring a friend to help you if you have a disability.
Had a great experience with my eye exam today. Everyone was welcoming, the exam was thorough, and everything was explained in a way that actually made sense. Smooth process from start to finish.
