Dr. Richard’s and her team are very welcoming and professional. The office staff diligently processed our insurance and my husband & I received thorough eye exams. One of the best and, for us, stressless, eye exam visits, we’ve had in many years.
Everything was on time and the people working were very professional and pleasent.

Very very good experience at Lens Crafters Fashion Square mall! Dr Richards was easy to talk to, she spent time with me and answered all my questions. Wendy was so nice and helpful when fitting me for my glasses. Highly recommend and 100% will be back for yearly exams.
