I love the doctors on staff at Zmedi Dr. Karanastasis. He is very compassionate and takes his time during office visit. My problem is no call backs. The staff manager (Thelma) is rude and does not care about good customer service. I have been waiting for my referrals to see the specialist for almost 3 weeks no calls from doctors office until I had to call my insurance myself to get them to fax me.
