RecommendedI moved into Landmark @ Pine Court April 2014 and just turned in my keys today, 6+ years later. I lived in 5 different buildings during those 6+ years. The ONLY complaint I have is living in building 6 the last 6 months and having to smell dog poop every time I came home because of irresponsible pet owners who are too lazy to clean up after their pets. Friend moved in and wasn't able to see the apartment due to (corona). There were several issues with the apartment brought up to management right away but never addressed. I wanted info on a place and when contacted mentioned these issues including: broken range with dead bugs falling out, broken dish washer, an oven with the handle attached via electric tape, 2 out of 3 shelves in kitchen door broken, a broken patio screen door that wont shut all the way. The walls are so thin I can SMELL things from the apartments around me. Management makes you pay for things you don’t want (i.e. valet trash which btw makes the complex look like garbage), and they don’t understand how to keep us up to date. I moved in when Carlie was working here and never had an issue, then she stopped one day and it all went south. our “amenities” like the printer has been broken since I moved in 6 months ago. The gate is pointless bc 7 people can come in with one key card scan. It’s hard to walk anywhere... read more

RecommendedI would most definitely recommend this apartment complex because it has a nice environment, the neighbors are good people, they give you rewards for earning points, and it is a pet friendly environment. I am having an awesome time staying here and the staff is wonderful. I would highly recommended this place to people looking for an apartment.

My experience living in this complex has been terrible. The leasing office staff and maintenance team seem to think that it's perfectly acceptable to leave a heating unit broken for over month. I cannot wait to move out.
