Today we had a pre-wedding day of relaxation before my friends wedding next weekend and Van and his staff were absolutely amazing! They allowed us to have a quite room to ourselves and we all felt very pampered by the time we left! Keep up the awesome work guys! I'd recommend Ziyan to anyone!
I was in a friends wedding this weekend and the bridal party went to Ziyan to get our hair done. They did an awesome job with everyone. When the bride's veil accidentally got taken to the church before the brides stylist, Keith, had a chance to place it in her hair, they followed us all the way to the church to make sure it was done well and her hair didn't get messed up in the process. I love Maggie she is the best, she made me feel right at home
This was the worst experience of hair cut & "style" that I've ever gotten. First of all I went in just for a cut. They charged me with a cut & style. The style was spraying some product & putting me under a dryer followed up with 4 to 5 ringlet curls. I called the salon & was told this was the one of the best stylists they had & did not so much as apologize for the service I paid for but did not ask for & in all honesty did not receive. The cut is terrible & will need to be fixed.
BUYER BEWARE! I bought a wax 3 pack from Groupon and I have tried on 5 different occasions to schedule in for services and can not get an appointment within a reasonable time period. I believe that they have sold more of the Groupon specials than they can possibly fulfill. Since Groupon only gives you 3 days to back out, I am left with a $100 voucher which is useless...
