Not sure how this place has so many good reviews. I go to the ferndale location and there is a woman at the front desk who is the terrible at her job and very rude. My prescription is mail order and got lost in the mail, it took me two months to get it fixed. The mail order pharmacy had called the doctors office several times and they wrote down who it was at the front desk that they dealt with and it was her. She lied to me and told me the doctor would not rewrite the prescription because he didn’t believe it was lost in th... read more
Some patients were complaining about none accuracy of some of the front desk staff. Billing people who already have an insurance coverage, also had the wrong insurance company for some people. Rescheduling alleged to be by a voicemail to alders whom might have hearing problems.
Dr I and his whole staff are wonderful. I was called back for my appointment right away, the nurse was kind and genuine, Dr I came in after just a few minutes, and he was patient and genuine as well. I really want to say thank you to the front office staff, however. They are so kind, efficient, and they were so helpful and patient with my scheduling needs. Very rarely do I experience this level of care from a medical office, especially from the front desk.
