What a wonderful jeweler and shop! I went in to have my wedding ring resized and at first Kelly said it could take some time to complete. When I told her this was the first day I wasn't wearing my wedding ring in 25 years and it felt uncomfortable, she rushed the job at no extra cost. She's skilled, funny, and so gracious. I'll be taking all other jewelry needs to her in the future.
She was awesome. My fiancé’s engagement ring came back the perfect size and I swear it looks better than the day I bought it! Highly recommend.
Kelly is easily to work with and always willing to help you with what you need fixed. Kelly has also cleaned my engagement & wedding ring and they are always turn out shiny and sparkly when done; love it. Thank you
After having replaced the batteries in 2 watches, I noticed that one of the watches didn't work after one month. When I returned with the receipt asking that it be replaced because the battery was obviously faulty, I was offended and basically called a liar. She denied that she did the work even with the evidence. I further described the other watch for the other battery. She also had commented on my custom ring - out of her league.
