We love Zito's. Trinity was very polite. He is hardworking, very knowledgable, very professional and we appreciate his prompt service. He has helped us previously. Our upstairs unit went out last night at 6 and I texted Zitos. We received a text this morning early that Trinity was scheduled for 1:30 today. We knew by texts what time, who would be coming out and when he was on the way. Not only is Zito's work (technician) great..their communication is outstanding.
