Two weeks ago I scheduled routine colonoscopy check for tomorrow, but today when I called to inform what should I eat, you told me I'm not scheduled for colonoscopy and it is scheduled just an appointment with dr Zitomer who will decide if I need to do routine check. My family doctor told me it's a routine check that has to be done every year. And above all I was at diet to prepare for colonoscopy, and now you are telling me I don't have it scheduled?
Only interested in performing well paying procedures. Had to see nurse practitioner twice because he’s so booked up doing procedures, and they where totally useless. My cardiologist figured out it was meds causing diarrhea. Charged ins co for biopsy of polyp they lost after procedure. Tried to contact the office about billing, no response.

I find Dr. Zitomer to be a very caring and competent Doctor. I have seen him several times over the past few years and have been pleased with my treatment each visit. This is a Dr. that really cares about his patients. His entire office staff are pleasant and professional. Most people dread having a colonoscopy however I can say from experience that this is the place to go if needed.
Dr. Zitomer was one of the best doctor experiences I've had. He did not seemed rushed, spent lots of time answering all of my questions, and definitely eased my worries compared to previous doctors. The office is extremely pleasant, calls to schedule appointments, mails patient sheets before appointment, the check-in process is easy and you are taken back on time. I saw Dr. Zitomer for a second opinion after biopsies, and would definitely recommend him as your main gastroenterologist.
Dr. Zitomer is kind, compassionate and knowledgable. If you want the best gastroenterologist in Arizona, he is the guy to go to. I have sent countless family and friends to him.
Very thorough evaluation and discussion of procedure. Level of experience and years performing procedures, exam, etc are outstanding
