I have been a patient here since it opened. My dental hygienist is very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough with oral cleanings. And Dr Zitofsky has great bedside manner and thorough knowledge of dentistry. I would definitely recommend this dental practice to all who want healthy mouths!
I have been a long time patient of Dr. Z and would continue to be had he not dropped my insurance with no advance notice. Now I am left scrambling for a new dentist as my last procedure has become problematic. Lack of professionalism in my opinion.
Dr. Zitofsky was fabulous. Everything about the office is top shelf, from hygienst to office. Highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Zitofsky and his team are very professional. The front staff are warm and knowledgeable. My hygienist was very nice and cleaned my teeth very well. When I saw Dr. Z, he greeted me with a smile and answered all of my questions. The office is clean. I would highly recommend Capital District Advanced Dental Arts to all of my friends and family.
After recommending complex oral surgery, this doctor wasn't capable of handling follow-up questions related to the procedure's next steps or questions related to why previous scans didn't lead to earlier intervention that could have prevented surgery. Overall very bad experience after spending decades at this practice.
Dr Zitofsky seemed concerned and willing to help me with my dental problems until he felt I wasn't going to move forward with all the procedures he wanted me to do because of the high cost. At times the procedures presented to me where different from the procedure the Oral Surgeon would present to me. I had one implant done and when I went to my final appointment with Dr Zitofsky he was confused what I was there for confirming to me the lack of communication with the oral surgeon.
