Great work. Quick turnaround. Two piece suit and a vintage wool sweater. Will use ZIPS again
Just absolutely horrible customer service. They completely ruined my $180 Reformation top, made me fill out multiple forms for a refund, and then never paid me back, just returned the discolored top months later. Most recently, I dropped off clothes and clearly explained I needed them by the same time the next day for an early morning trip. They assured me it wouldn’t be a problem. They always greet me with a smile and get me in and out. They are all so personable and call me by name.
The cashier was polite and helpful. Look forward to coming back with more dry cleaning items
