WOW!! What a wonderful experience, I was in and out when dropping off my garments with out no delay. Such professionalism, magnificent teamwork across the board. Communication skills was very professional. I encourage everyone to be onboard with these cats, they are the coolest. No worries if a little hiccup it will be taken care of!! Great customer service and reasonable prices..
Brought a curtain in with valance ( 4 pieces) to be pressed on a Thursday, they said it could be picked up Friday after 5. Went to pick it up, it was not done. Said to come back Saturday after 11. Went to pick it up and it wasn't done. They pressed it as I waited. I appreciated the fact they did it then but they never offered a discount on money off for the inconvenience of running back multiple time and then still not done. Dissatisfied customer.
Had a great experience at ZIPS Cleaners thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by Kris. He was friendly, professional, and very attentive throughout the entire process. My clothes were handled with care, completed on time, and looked excellent when I picked them up. It’s refreshing to receive service from someone who genuinely cares about the customer experience. Highly recommend this location and appreciate the associate’s hard work and dedication!
Jim and the crew saved my day. At the last minute I decided to wash my comforter for a family visit. Jim was able to fit me in on very short notice. Thanks guys! 🫡
