Received shirt dirtier than when I dropped it off, did not perform requested services
Usually have a great experience with them. I had a shirt dry cleaned that was purchased in March. I brought the shirt back and its been there for a week with no correspondence, when I can no answer. I went by to check on my shirt (dropped of Saturday) i was told I must have ripped it and nothing could be done. The tear seems Iike the machine did it, and is a simple fix with thread. The non existent communication is the worst part. I have brought a few items here without negative experience.
zips makes it very easy To drop off and pick up. Very friendly And courteous staff. Ask you how your day is going And seem interested in the answer! And my items turned out great as well! All in all, a great experience!
Buyer Beware! Hilariously incompetent people work here, they will ignore manufacturers cleaning instructions, and then tell you that the damage was due to manufacturer defect! You can't make this stuff up. My family dropped off a dress. The tag said "no dry cleaning". My fiancé asked for the garment to be laundered.
