I had bad experience. my shirts were damaged.
I got here late at the Palmer store and Michael took care of me right at 7pm. He did a great job! Thanks for the service!
Terrible service yall clearly don't know what your doing if you lost we brought 2 items gave us a eta than kept pushing to the next day and than yall said yall had it only to go to the store and lose it. plus you guys don't even have management. I will never go to a Zips Cleaner again all yall had to do with steam the veil and return it instead we have employees who can't seems to do their jobs.
