My husband always takes all his dry cleaning to zips and it comes out great. However, my reason for the review are the women who were working yesterday morning (7/29) when I dropped off. There was an older man there, I don't think he was a customer but saw that they were opened early and came in to ask for directions. He was really confused and they were so patient and kind to him. Absolute worst Zips I have ever come across. They lost our comforter and are refusing to let us speak with anyone in charge about refunding us. Do NOT go to this store , there is a much better cleaners directly across the plaza. Disgraceful. To be clear, your store did NOT resolve the issue. Nasir from the Silver Spring location had to step in and take over since your store did nothing. After waiting all week we finally received our check and will never be returning!
