I’ve gone to Zips for years and have generally only had a few issues - many instances of lost clothing that’s found a few days later, and in one instance, a cheap shirt that was never found. My general rule is don’t leave anything with them that you wouldn’t want to part ways with. Had my lululemon pants hemmed. First result was a miss, but I only found out after two weeks, on the day I was supposed to wear them. Dropped by today and the tailor gladly fixed it on the spot.
