I have been going here for a while and had no issues. However, I have one white jacket with some stains and pointed these out when I brought it in. First go round they didn’t get the stains out so I pay to have it cleaned again. Again, they didn’t get the stains out. They tell me they don’t “guarantee stains come out”. I go home put a tiny bit of water and dish soap on the stains and they instantly come out. I rarely leave one-star reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I dropped my suit off at 6:45 a.m. in the overnight drop box at the Williams Cannon location so it would qualify for their advertised same-day service. By 4:00 p.m., I still hadn't received a text, so I called to check on my order. I was told my order had missed the truck twice and that they would call the main plant to hold my clothes there so I could pick them up the next morning at 7:00 a.m. from the South Lamar location.
