Have used this place a couple times. Today walked in and Lorie was extremely helpful. We couldn’t do exactly what I had wanted but she explained why and we came up with an alternate plan. Very kind and thoughtful. She def just earned a repeat customer

I would recommend avoiding this business at any cost. They have lost two items of mine, and I have tried escalating through the store and online and I can't get a response. This is an awful experience, I still don't have my clothes, and the business does not care at all about it. I won't be using them again.
I appreciate the over the top help I received at our local ( Brodie ln) store from Ms Lorie!!! She kept at it to get a shirt fixed for me. She offers the BEST customer service!
They lost my item and I called many times asking for an update just to be blown off that a manager would call me back. No one ever called me back. The employees were rude and dismissive. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
