Quick service and affordable prices. I go out of my way past other dry cleaners to bring my items here
These guys ruined my $400 snow jacket. It's the nicest thing I own. I told them to dry it on low heat, and when I get it back the padding was singed around the collar so it's all scratchy now instead of soft... And it reeked of a nasty chemical detergent. I can't believe I trusted this place with something so precious to me. Never again.
Lorie is the reason I’m still a customer ☺️ Something special got ruined and after multiple times of management trying but failing to fix it, Lorie genuinely apologized, refunded the order and gave me a $10 credit. It may seem like something small, but other cleaners don’t always respond this way when at fault. She is a real leader!
Bad experience. Paid a lot of money for a wash and fold on Monday, was told it would be ready on Friday. Came on Friday, was told it would be ready by 5pm. Came back after 5pm, was told it would ready on Monday. No communication about a delay. There are better services. Do not use. Buyer Beware.
