I've always been nervous about how close the cars were on the conveyer system. On July 5th, 2023 my nervousness turned to reality when the person in front of me decided to sit in the dryer rather then exit the wash when the green light signaled them to leave. End result, the conveyer pulled me into the back of this persons vehicle damaging the front end of my car when his trailer hitch made contact with my front end. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CANCEL MY SERVICE FOR OVER A YEAR, AND EVERY TIME I WENT IN THERE TO DO IT, THEY TOLD ME IT WAS DONE. I WENT THERE 4 TIMES, AND EVERY TIME THEY ASSURED ME IT WAS DONE, IT WASN'T I WAS STILL BEING CHARGED. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE FROM CORPORATE, AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD CANCEL IT BUT REFUSED TO HELP ME WITH ALL THE CHARGES NOW, I HAVE TO GO TO MY BANK AND DISPUTE ALL THE CHARGES TO GET MY MONEY BACK SINCE THIS COMPANY REFUSED TO HELP ME OUT IN ANY WAY.
