I Signed up for their car wash for mine and my Dad’s cars under the $10 first month then $35 a month after promotion. I recently looked at my bill and noticed that each month BOTH accounts have been increasing by $5. On Aug they charged my Dad’s car $45! When I called to cancel they said something about back dating blah blah blah, but they could give my the service now for $20 a month going forward. The Zips corporate contacts are horrible to deal with. I use the location at 2935 Miller Place Way, Knoxville, TN 37924. They told me I had to deal with corporate and that they could not help me. I was charged for a month when I had requested a cancellation. You have to call them to cancel. They will not let you opt-out online. When I asked for a refund, they told me I had not canceled within their "time frame," and they could not issue a refund. I agreed to that and told them to please cancel the service. Zips car wash deserves a zero star rating! They need to be shut down .... My husband, a disabled veteran suffering from cancer going into his 6th year of chemo, has been over charged by zips car wash for over a year and a half. When my husband would go to zips for a car wash we was told by the employees that the pass was only valid for a month and would only charge his card 32.46. Very dishonest company. I canceled a membership in March and got charged this month. Now I have to go through the headache of going through the BBB, my credit card company, and other means to get them to remove me.

We do not even live in the area anymore and were visiting. And had cancelled the account 6 months ago. Stopped but the car wash had been hit by lighting and was not working. The attendant greeted us to let us know. 5 days later we have a $45 charge on our acct. Emailed the company but have not heard back. I would say they are scamming everyone!!!!! Not the first time this has happened. Why I had to cancel it months ago because I did not approve it !!!!

This is for the Zips car wash located at 9200 Brier Creek Pkwy, Raleigh NC 27617 The staff at the car wash are the bestest ever! Always super nice, they're really helpful, even help to clean my car when the car wash doesn't clean it. One star review is for the corporation not keeping the car wash in good working order. Car wash is down far too often, even closed for days at a time. Really sad to advertise unlimited car washes with monthly memberships when car wash is not in working order and closed as often as it is. I paid ... read more

The attendant asked me what I wanted, I asked for the $10 car wash. He asked me to insert my card and then he charged me for additional services. I told him I didn’t ask for the additional services and he shrugged his shoulders. I asked for a refund and he said it shouldn’t matter bc I have a free car wash. I told him I didn’t ask for a free car wash and I didn’t ask for additional services. He said the system was acting up and gave me corporates phone number for a refund. Car wash isn’t bad vacuums never work or barely work, then they will rip you off the price and raise the price and overcharge you and hard to talk to someone about refund. Second time that guy they say they are under new management but this one’s even worse and never going back.
