The car wash didn’t get any of the bugs or bird poop off my SUV. It only gets the dirt off, maybe. I had to use their spray and a rag on my whole SUV to clean it.
UPDATING: still wish I could do 0 stars. Just went through and my car came out filthy. Watermarks & dirt from the recent rain literally went UNTOUCHED along the front of my car. HOW?! Can’t wait for the new car wash closer to home opens, even if it is in the opposite direction. A 2 year old with a rag does better than this place. ______ The only good thing about this place is its location. Otherwise it’s trash. My car never comes out clean. I used to be a member since last year but they did me wrong, I went to wash my vehicle there's a new black guy did me wrong they damage my vehicle and I spoke to one of the team member he file a claim and took the picture of the damage then he told me insurance going to respond after three days now is third week no phone call from them I couldn't drive my car for almost three weeks because my trunk was broken. This carwash DOES NOT wash the top of your vehicle and has went downhill…..don’t believe me, take a car through and look at the dirt on your hood and roof. Second from top tier was and my wheels and tires are extremely dirty. Carwash is 🗑️.
