Top tier membership plan, and not very satisfied with the service. Truck comes out still wet, there are no clean towels that are dry, they don’t have the blower gun to blow the air out of the crevices and the site is trashed. The wash is very aggressive and probably hard on the paint, but definitely hard on the exterior. It broke my antenna.
Great customer service
Never coming here again. First half of the wash had no water, they have all the cars running through the machine dry, getting the dirt dug into the paint. They are not telling anyone of the issue and when approached, they say there's nothing they can do.
The only good thing about this place is its location. Otherwise it’s trash. My car never comes out clean. There’s a spot of something on my hood that’s been there through ~8 washes now. Most recent visit- after the snow storm, they were PACKED. After I went through, my car was still soaking wet and had a ton of soap all over it. And there were no towel available for the next 15 minutes because they were still being “washed.” I had to wait in the long line again to go through again.
