I got single car- wash and the price should be $12. The worker charged me $22.50 without any mention. Also, refused to provide the receipt. I had to contact to company several times to get $10.50. People need to aware of that.
I am extremely disappointed with how my damage claim was handled by this car wash. On July 2, 2026, my Jeep was damaged while going through the wash. The on-duty manager completed a claim report and took photos of the damage. Unfortunately, my email address was entered incorrectly on the claim, requiring me to return to the location to follow up.
