Good service and friendly employees
Terrible customer service, not enough vacuum stations. I purchased the pro wash ($24) and when the wash was complete there was a line of 6 cars waiting to use the vacuum stations. Some were down for maintenance, but we were not warned by the attendant that there was a backup. So I waited for 10 minutes and only one bay opened up. To make matters worse the design of the drying bays lot is one way so we were stuck. We gave up waiting and there are now water spots all over the car that dried in the sun. This is definitely NOT my type of car wash. I didn’t know it was self dry with towels, and self tire shine. At my usual car wash, when you pay for a wash someone comes to towel dry and shine the tires. Had I known I had to do it myself I wouldn’t have wasted my money. And it was crowded and had to keep circling around to wait for a vacuum. The only plus is that my car is now clean.
Ariyana has been great every time I have had a problem!
