I would give this a ZERO - worst ever. They don’t fix equipment and it has taken off many of my model car side mirrors. Zero responsibility and no one will answer or help on site or at corporate

I've been using Zips car wash for 1 year now amd have had terrific service. Today was a very awesome experience because an employee by the name of Anthony took the initiative to spray down the front of my vehicle when he noticed I had bug stuff on the fender WITHOUT BEING ASKED! That is the kind of outstanding service and experience one should receive from a carwash. Needless to say, you can expect that at the Zips Car Wash on University Dr. in Prosper. Thank you, Anthony.
