Cancelled my membership june 23 but was charged again in july. Took cancelation receipt into office they said computers werent responding and someone would contact me about refund. Im still waiting on that contact person.

I visited Zips yesterday because Tidal Wave was temporarily closed. The kiosk wasn’t working, so an attendant approached me with a tablet and persuaded me to purchase the most expensive wash package, promising a discount. However, when it came time to receive the receipt, he quickly tapped “no” and walked off, which I found suspicious. Sure enough, after checking my credit card, there was no discount applied.
