I really liked it when I first became a member but it has gone down hill! The staff used to be nice and spray your whole car , now they look miserable and barely spray half your vehicle if you’re lucky. I don’t know what happened but huge change.
None of the vacuums work. I told the attendant and she said there has been a work order for 2 months. Not going there again for sure! Don’t waste your time or money
I have a new car and didn’t understand how and when it locks. Imagine my surprise when it locked me out at Zips car wash! The staff in Forest City was so helpful in getting me in touch with a local locksmith. Thank you!
