James and the crew at Wash Wizard off Ashley Phosphate took great care of me and my car! Love the car wash, the mat cleaner, the vacuums, and best of all, the friendly people. This two car family is coming back month after month!
Went there for the first time yesterday, and will not go back.... The wash was horrible and their brushes left swirly scratches on my windshield.... I'm seriously not happy about that... I avoid using self-service car washes, because of that... I trusted that wouldn't happen here, but it did. I'm one hundred percent sure that this place caused it.. noticed the scratches in the sunlight right after leaving the wash...
I used to recommend this place to everyone and I went there almost weekly. However, I ask that everyone stops taking their car there. I have a 2012 BMW that I took to the location on 17 in Mt. Pleasant. This week, their blower broke and blew off one of the 5 inch covers for the roof rack slot. Josh Adams, a manager, filled out a report and said that it would be easy to reimburse me for up to $100 but this would cost $462 and he took an incident report. I can't post a picture but people should read their liabilities. The company policy is not liable for any damages on cars older than 5 years old. I went through the wash in a car that was in perfect condition and the brushes pushed my side view mirror out and broke it. The company said that they are not liable with cars that are over 5 years old. Furthermore, their other policies basically neglects any liability for damage all together. Please just be aware!
