How about actually washing the vehilce. Paid for an ULTIMATE WASH and I still dirt film everywhere on the vehicle. I'm disgusted and want me money back. I have the receipt and picture to proved that it is the worst. Might as well have just rinsed the vehicle with a garden hose. It would gave been the same effect.
New corporation, new name "Zips" not the same service. When questioned about the lack of normal service I have come a custom to was advised from Derrick (Manager) that new company has cut back on what they used to do because of cost. Now everyone will be getting the same. No longer spraying of the chemicals on the wheels. Whatever they put on the front for bug removal was useless today. Good value but half the car wash doesn’t work and I pay for the most expensive wash. Then half of the vacuums are disconnected.
People are always friendly, place is always clean and equipment is well maintained. I have a monthly pass and go there every weak.
Brought my new car in to try out their monthly plan to get the front lower bumper scratched the first time bringing it threw. File a report never heard nothing back going on 3 weeks now. Called the following week three times leaving all voicemails to cancel my membership never a call back. Had to personally go up there and complain to cancel my membership and still get charged for this month when I called them 3 times and voicemails to not get a call back two weeks before the month ended.
