Raised my membership from $14.99 to $20 a month with NO forewarning. Couldn’t find a phone number to call, had to physically go to facility to talk to “man” in charge. He was rude and discriminatory toward me to the close point of cringe combative! Said new owners... too bad just way things are now. What a primate in a zips shirt.... BTW... he was “ man in charge”!

Car wasn't clean after it came out. It still had bird poo on the hood and windshield. The little bimbo blond told me I should have used bug spray on it before I ran it through and turned around and ignored me. I paid 16.00 for a car wash and the car isn't clean after it came out you SHOULD rerun it. Piss poor business practices if you ask me. Never going back there and will let all my friends know not to use Zip car wash.
I am an extremely disappointed consumer. My wife bought a membership and was using your car wash every couple of days and talking you guys up to all her friends until... Twice in the last month or so the car wash had broken a peice or two off of her car. This week it broke off a piece of her back windshield wiper due to a lack of experience in gentlemen working that day. Normally the workers know to tape down the windshield wiper, this time that didn't happen and it broke off a piece of the wiper.... Management was very cool... read more
