3 stars for the amenities that the car wash provides, great vacuum suction, wash rags and cleaning solution supplied, and decent overall car wash experience. Minus 2 stars for the sales tactics used to get you to sign up for a membership. When I was offered a membership I was told that I would get unlimited access for 12.99 a month until I cancel, period. 3 months later I was charged 25.00. The guys that work at zips are young men obviously trying to make it by. But idk, there’s something icky about outright lying to someone... read more
Zips is super convenient, great value, the employees are always professional and pleasant. Monte was super helpful getting me renewed for another year. Great job!
