The statements that the gentleman under may have made are completely false! I have been a member for sometime now and I have never ran into an issue with any of the young men that worked there including the “black” guy he’s referring to! Both young men working today handled themselves very professionally while dealing with an irate customer who refuse to empty his truck, bad of ladders, gas cans, and tools. Just got into it with one of the “managers” today, couldn’t even get a refund. They refused to let me pull through the car wash due to me having a step ladder sitting flat in my bed. Keep in mind I’ve used this car wash 2-3 times a month for over 6 years and have never had an issue with this before. The man I got into it with was a black man, wouldn’t give me his name but the other guy that was with him was named Isaiah and he was super nice and kept . These people suck now adays.
