CALL ZIPS! before calling anyone else. By far the best technicians in the area! You are not going to find another technician that is honest, reliable and really takes pride in his work and quality of workmanship! They do top notch work, and all services are fairly priced! Armin was super professional and experienced, and cares a lot about his customers. Excellent work! Thank you! You have earned all my business and I will continue to refer my friends, family and employees to ZIPS!

Jimmy came to my office right on schedule and told me I could wait. I went inside to heat my lunch. 10 mins later I get a test that it's done! What??? I come out he says to leave the tape on for 24 hours. I ask if I should not touch the mirror for 24 hours. He says it should be fine but he already adjusted it for me. Yup, he did. Super friendly guy. Great service. Almost makes me want to crack my windshield again.

I will admit, Zips was not the first place I called for the windshield replacement on my Lexus rx300. I called other places that had better reviews then this place yet they gave me inconvenient times that did not fit my schedule like two days out. I was trying to get it done ASAP because in reality this is my brothers car and he never has time to get it fixed because he works in D.C 9-5. I am busy as well but have a little more flexibility than him so I did him a favor and Zips made it very easy for me/us. I dealt with Mike, really nice guy and the price seemed pretty good. A little cheaper than other places. It has been over a month now and the window is looking great. If I ever need this service again I will certainly come here again.

I went to this location on the same day that a trucks wheels thew rocks into my windshield.Without having an appointment they managed to fit me in and take care of my problem .The owner went out of his way to make me satisfied. .the employees were very courteous and explained the whole process.I was very satisfied with the workmanship..the prices were less than other shops in the area.
I will certainly return to Zips Auto Glass when I need their service again...I am very happy....Judith Tuminello..Glen Burnie, MD

Courteous, professional, offered same day service. Price for windshield replacement was well below 2 other quoted prices from competitors. I will definitely use them again if needed.

A rock hit my windshield on the 8th of Jan. My insurance called them. I was told to expect a call at 9 am on the 9th. That call was on time. We were going to set up a date I told them asap because it was a 5 inch crack. Mike said let me call you right back to see if we can get done today. 3 mins later he says it's your lucky day. He said be here at 10:30 am. I got my windshield. This company is understanding and very professional. The service was outstanding. Very nice persona. They explained everything to do before I left. Would I recommend them absolutely. If you need windshield done reach out to them you won't be disappointed.
