Jimmy came to my office right on schedule and told me I could wait. I went inside to heat my lunch. 10 mins later I get a test that it's done! What??? I come out he says to leave the tape on for 24 hours. I ask if I should not touch the mirror for 24 hours. He says it should be fine but he already adjusted it for me. Yup, he did. Super friendly guy. Great service. Almost makes me want to crack my windshield again.

A rock hit my windshield on the 8th of Jan. My insurance called them. I was told to expect a call at 9 am on the 9th. That call was on time. We were going to set up a date I told them asap because it was a 5 inch crack. Mike said let me call you right back to see if we can get done today. 3 mins later he says it's your lucky day. He said be here at 10:30 am. I got my windshield. This company is understanding and very professional. The service was outstanding. Very nice persona.
