Great management company responded for queries in a timely manor. Great communication. The people working there all are very polite and professional. All my interactions with them have been great.
It's my second time using Ziprent for tenant placement. I was out of the country when my previous tenants told me that they would be moving out. Ziprent made it very simple for me to manage it remotely and scheduled the photography and showings smoothly and stress-free. Ziprent even recommended changes in rent based on the activity seen and eventually I was able to find a tenant within 2 weeks. Communication was a breeze. Highly pleased by their service.
