Absolutely horrible to deal with has been such a Nightmare! Wish somebody would just contact us instead of waiting weeks on end of countless phone calls and emails trying to reach out to Zippy Shell and trying to locate where our stuff was being stored. No one knew anything and after a couple of months of finally locating the shells they still wanted to charge us we just want our shows delivered to our house. Zippy shell was a great company to work with! Jake was very pleasant over the phone arranging our deliveries and pickups, very friendly and professional. Is available even after regular business hours. John delivered our shell originally in the pouring rain, and I felt so bad for him, but he was so polite and in great spirits! They picked up and delivered the shell the morning of our house closing, and picked up the shell the day after I called and said we were finished with it. I would recommend them to anyone!
Great team! Went above and beyond to accommodate our delivery and pick up dates - even helped load and unload our items when it was freezing cold outside. Really appreciate the work Jake and John have done so far - thank you!
