moved from AZ to NC their largest container CAN NOT hold enough space for a 2 bedroom apartment, informed them on the 1st and 2nd phone calls prior to pick up my items needed to go to my house then to the storage unit around th corner. it wasnt until the when they were about to drop off my items i was informed of an extra $200 charge to the storage unit. i could have saved more money with PODS then getting a rental truck. Never again! I'm just glad its over and pissed i use my money on their services.
I had an excellent experience! Everyone was super nice! Everything arrived on time and I had to change the delivery 3 times and they were so nice about it!
The guys were quick but gentle with all of our stuff. Very polite too. The scheduling group was on it too! Great experience!

We were moving out of our house of 8 years, storing everything for a month before we were able to move into our new home. ZippyShell not only provided us with a awesome unit, but also helped us in an emergency when we needed a second unit because we had too much stuff! They were able to produce another unit for us ASAP, where very communicative of when both units would arrive, would be picked up, and everything else in between. AMAZING company. They have won my business from here on out.
