If I can give no stars at all I would. THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. We hired them to take out stuff from Florida to Oregon they LIED never mentioned the “container” is a CAGE forcing me to leave the rest of my furniture behind a furniture that cost me 2200$ from Ashley stores. They picked up the pod on June 30th and said 8-10 days today is the 22nd and my furniture JUST arrived at the warehouse and now they are talking about “we can’t deliver till the 29th” A MONTH FROM THE PICK UP DATE. False advertisement. Stated they do long distance moves for $999 but when calling for a quote it’s actually over $4000 which may be cheaper than others but still very misleading to customers. Can’t trust shady business practices. Agent side stepped any attempts to get clarification of why there’s such a huge price difference

Pushy sales department, and their customer service representative was rude as hell on the phone. After going out and looking up reviews, I'm happy I hung up on her in the middle of her talking down to me. And this was during the quoting process, I can't imagine that they care that much more once they actually get your money.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Do not hire these people at all! They failed to give us the full 3 days to load the container. It was estimated to be delivered within 8-10 business days after pick up, didn't actually ship till the 10th day. Moving across the country is stressful enough, but going almost 3 weeks without our belongings is awful, & we paid almost $4000! Lots of hidden fees.
