Had a plumbing emergency that went unanswered. Called multiple times, was told id be contacted by “matt” and never heard anything back. Im convinced all of these positive reviews are fakes.
Wow…Luckily we called Zippy at first sign of sewer backup. Tree roots got into the line Matt responded quickly, utilized his camera system, temporarily opened the clog. Then the real work….we are on a tight space so they took out the tree on top our sewer line, utilized hydro jet and replaced the pipe. Matt planted a new tree, replanted shrubs, and cleaned up. You would never know they were there. They are professional and keep you informed start to finish. Highly recommended.
Matt was great!! Had an emergency plumbing situation and he came over immediately (within 30 min of calling) to help diagnose the problem. Extremely professional and knowledgeable. Will 100% use him again for any future plumbing needs and highly recommend Zippy Plumbing!
Matt was absolutely great. We had an emergency septic pump issue and he made time in his schedule to help us get it fixed.
Matt is fantastic. Very personable and responsive. Does great work.
