Matt and team were very responsive, professional, on time and fixed sewer issues several times. Good and reliable plumber - highly recommend.
Matt was fantastic. I called Zippy in the afternoon. He called me back immediately, determined that my drain pipe leaking outdoors was not an emergency, and scheduled a service call the following morning. He showed up on time and scoped the entire sewer line twice, to be sure, and determined there was no blockage, break, or disconnection. He took his time explaining, and suggested next steps - for an unbelievably reasonable price. Great experience, great guy
