They had an equipment failure resulting in $1700 in damages to my car. Larry was rude as hell. Said it was my problem and that's why I have insurance. I will be suing. Don't go here if you value your car or service.
Worst car wash EVER!! Windows still dirty, hood still has bird poop, bugs still on front bumper. What a waste of $7.
Dear Zippy car wash, you know what would make your service truly zippy? A simple sign posted BEFORE I pay and wait behind 5 cars, that says you don't allow bike racks, or as you so nicely told me "can't go through with that on your car"
Fast pass for a year, attitude from attendence has gone to hell. Asking them to do their job (folding mirrors and spraying bugs) seems to be a major inconvenience. Returning my tag next week.
If I could put no star's, it's what they DESERVE! Absolute horrible customer service, basically non existent. They refused to give me change for a car wash and vacuum.... unbelievable.. I'm trying to spend my money and they refused it. And I'm so glad he was nice about it... ha.. he was a prick. Save your money, hit up the one on industrial!
I was happy with their service and even had the monthly pass, however, today at the Zeeb location the the car in front if me jumped the track and I was sandwiched between two cars. Not much damage, but the manager was a jerk and Zippy's policy is that an accident in their wash is just like any other accident and they have no liability! Beware! Even if you can't see, are in neutral, and their equipment is controlling your vehicle, to Zippy's it doesn't matter!
Overpriced for the quality of the wash. Left my car spotty and a lot of soap was left on it. Other than getting another wash for free in the next 3 days, i won't go back.
Horrible service! I got my car washed there and paid $8 dollars to have a soap covered car at the end of the wash. I wish I could talk to the owner because when I tried to talk to the so called "manager" he did not doing anything! He literally looked out the window at my car and said you need to bring a towel to dry it off next time. I looked at him and said what? He repeated himself and I replied why would I pay for a car wash if I have to bring my own towel to dry it? No answer from the "manager". It was unbelievable how c... read more
