During the suds cycle of a recent wash at the Ellsworth location, my car while in neutral suddenly jerked and jumped forward, hitting the hitch of the truck ahead. The manager allowed my car to go through again (since it was still soapy) and my car stopped briefly in the very same spot. The company denied fault and my car is left with $1,200 in damages.
I went through Zippy in Saline. For $8 I shouldn't need to get out and dry off my car so windows don't spot. Brand new car wash and it appears the dryers need adjusting.
Apparently I can’t post a photo of my bug-covered windshield in my review. I just left and you can’t even tell my car was washed.
It’s just a vending machine - OK when it works. I bought their best but got soaked. My wheels were a mess, sprayed with dirty hydraulic oil. Hard to reach by phone, then was told only option is come back same day, find him, and maybe get a redo. No, not tomorrow, no authority. Owner? Hah!
I have been very happy with the service. I go quite often. When it's busy it never takes too long to get through. I am looking forward to when the Saline location opens. And the workers there seem friendly and always have a smile.
The price is pretty Good but the service and Pre-wash quality is not great. They try and push cars through bumper-to-bumper which can cause problems on the exit if the car exiting had to wait for any reason. The prewash is rushed and they are visibly upset if you don’t pull forward fast enough. The concept is really good but they fall flat when the human element is involved. I just switched it from three stars to two because when I got out of my car I had soap streaks all over it.
Wish I could go lower than 1. Went there when they were busy pre wash guys spent about 5 seconds rinsing my vehicle and sent it though. lots of dirt left behind and drug own the side. clear coat was scratched top to bottom front to back. Loud arrogant manager offers me couple free junk washes tell and goes back to picking his nose. Have reached out several time to the owner with no response, real surprising.
Pretty much a no-brainer. By far the best auto wash I've ever used and for $30 a month unlimited, you can't beat it. Wish they would open one in Milan, I would definitely use it daily.
