Their customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! I will NEVER come back here nor will I EVER recommend this place. I ordered a hamburger with egg but just wanted the egg white, the manager came to my table and said thru do not offer that option! EXCUSE ME!!!! All I wanted was the yoke to be removed. NOT HAPPY!!! My husband's beer was hot and wanted a new one and that Andrew manager said he couldn't replace it because there was nothing wrong with it!!!! THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HERE AND MY LAST TIME HERE!!!!
Last day day of regular season for NFL Football, I show up early as we have a good size group coming out not only for the game we want to each, but it is also my friends birthday. I arrive at 10:15 for 11am kickoff to make sure I can get a table big enough for everyone. They open the doors at 10:30 and I ask the hostess for a table for 10, we look at a couple of tables (the place is empty) and I ask for two of the tables in front of the TVs labeled for our game.
