I was treated at Indiana University hospital for a serious ventricular tachycardia. I was treat by the well-known Dr. Douglas Zipes. The drug Mexilitine was used in Europe and made it way into the United States at a slow pace and it was difficult to acquire at my hometown pharmacy. This was in the mid 80s if memory serves me well. I never forgot meeting this incredible physician.I Google him to find he is still in practice,however I would like to thank him again. I'm 72 years old.
