They will charge you “routine services” for your Covid test, while also charging for the Covid test itself. Insurance will cover the Covid test, but not “routine services” at an urgent care clinic. This is being reported to government officials.
I went in to have my ears cleaned out. Now my ear drums are busted. and I can't hear hardly at all. I understand the ear drum will heal but my hearing may not. The people were pleasant but were tired from seeing to many people in a short time period
Went to clinic due to being exposed to COVID. They charged me for an office visit. My insurance company contacted them letting them know they were using the incorrect CPT codes. Very rude. Charged my insurance $196.00
Despite the ad for testing “at no cost to you” and confirming that there was no out of pocket expense for testing while making my appointment, I got a bill for $196 for a corona test.
RecommendedThe professionalism and care is Wonderful...Scheduled an appointment for COVID Testing (For a peace of mind). Was in and out within 15 minutes. They come to you. The staff( especially Cassandra) was very helpful and reassuring through the entire process!
Called about testing, was told to just come in right then. My best friend got there not even 10 minutes later and was told they were and had been booked for the day. Made him an appointment online for a few days later (first available appointment). He took the test, we are 5 days out, and have heard NOTHING. They said 3 to 5 days. Tried to call, their phones aren't even working.

they r the worst in Etown
Called and asked about testing and was told the wait was about an hour. Arrived literally 5 minutes later, and was told the entire day was booked and the only way we could be seen is if someone no showed. Obvious lack of planning and communication here.
We had to go for the Covid19 test and it was super easy to make the appt on line and you have the convenience of waiting in your car!
