This was one of the worst dining experiences ever. We waited over an hour for 3 slices of pizza. Yes it was Saturday night but you are an established place. There were so many dirty tables and many people walked out after sitting at them for 5 minutes after no one approached them or attempted to clean their table. It was like chickens with their heads cut off. The servers were hiding in the kitchen most of the time. No Management anywhere to be found. Our pizza is made fresh from scratch so it does tend to take a bit longer compared to other pizza places, but we are sorry to hear our staff was unattentive. The food is fine however, their method of recovering from THEIR computer billing glitch was extremely unethical. I dined with my family 10/21/18and paid my bill in full. The charges appeared on 10/24/18 which should have concluded our transaction. Due to their computer issues (confirmed by a Zio’s manager) they continued to charge my account repeatedly every couple of days INCLUDING TODAY 12/5/18 although my bill was paid in full on 10/24/18.
