I have been a customer at the Zions Bank on Sunset in St George, Utah for many years, and when I have a unique banking need as I did the other day, I have found the staff to be very professional with the added element of friendliness. Jayden Angell under the direction of Amber Nelson solved my particularly difficult banking need and managed to do it while displaying exemplary customer service. I came in a bit agitated but exited calm knowing my banking problem had been solved.

The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help with anything—from simple transactions to more detailed questions. The branch is clean, organized, and well‑run.
