I needed to replace a motor to lift a solid one piece double door. Mike came promptly at the appointed time, replaced the motor and evaluated the springs that would balance the heavy door. He went home and found replacements that would take the strain off such a heavy door. He then showed me the app to sync with the door to close it if I had forgotten to. Mike was incredible! Came the same day because it was an emergency. Worked quickly, effectively and efficiently. Replaced both springs and re-oiled all hinges and made that door glide silently. I would definitely use Zion Garage Door Repair again!
Came out to take a look right away on a Sunday, told me what to fix if I wanted to do myself, and that I didn't need to pay him anything. Honest and prompt! I'll be sure to call them when I have something I don't want to fix myself.
Highly recommend !!! Great service, reasonably priced, Professional. Mike did what he said and went the extra mile to fix and I would recommend Mike to anyone needing service!!!!!!
