I just made another large purchase from this store, and as a general contractor who works with many suppliers across different projects, I feel compelled to say a few words in defense of this business. In my experience, their service is among the most attentive and responsible in the industry. You need to double check those on sale products. When we bought bathtub here, the sales hided the fact that product was damaged. So we picked up the bathtub and moved to second floor, opened box then found out the damage before installation. Repacked and shipped back to the store. Very Bad Experience... I agree the point in Ivy Ho's review, they are NOT honest.
Elegant lightings and bathtubs design and lots of design to choose. Huge parking space
They had good customer service for clients and they have good stuff for bathroom and kitchen too
