I really appreciate how responsive they are and they are very good about keeping you apprised of scheduling and when the tech is in route, etc. Excellent customer service and pricing. We did have a whoops and they were quick to resolve it. I'd highly recommend Zion AC and Heating Repair
Excellent response time. No extra charge added for Sunday morning visit due to a compressor on a Carrier unit that was shot. The tech, was knowledgeable and thorough. We were very pleased with the experience. Transparent, reasonable pricing.
Joel from Zion AC and Heating Repair did an amazing job. I was so upset not knowing what was wrong and he immediately addressed the issue and gave me exact cost. He was on time, professional, friendly and respected covid by wearing a mask the entire time. This is the second time I’ve used them since May and I have been very happy both times!

Knowledgeable, genuine, honest, hard working guys. I felt comfortable with them in my home and the craftsmanship was second to none.
