Food gets a 4.5. Service more like a 1 or 2. Hostess was flat out rude our last 2 visits, especially tonight on our last, and although the manager realized they were in the wrong, we decided to leave and go to Mama Ricottas and im so glad we did. Mama Ricottas had probably the best chicken parm I've ever had. Hostess lost Zio 2 loyal customers.

I'm not sure why this happened, but we continually do our best to improve and offer a relaxed, friendly, neighborhood feel with a good value. The food was fresh and well made, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere pleasant. We love finding places that are reasonably priced and family friendly. Keep up the good work - we will be back!
